’50 Books | 50 Covers’ of 2017 is a design competition organised by the American design association AIGA en the website Design Observer. September 10, they announced the results of this competition.

Nearly 800 book and cover designs from 40 countries were entered. The jury recognized submissions that successfully demonstrate design excellence in book and cover design.

Four of the winning publications were printed by die Keure:

• An Album of Artists’ Drawings from Qajar Iran (Harvard Art Museums)
• Red Flower, The Women of Okinawa (Studio Lin)
• Michelangelo Pistoletto: The Minus Objects (Wax studios)
• Modeling History (MTWTF)
